Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Common questions of return
-What items are refundable?

Defective, damaged or badly received products.
Within 14 days of the date of your order.
In the original state.
Not washed and not worn.
In the original packaging.

-Is there a return charge?

When you choose to exchange your product, or if the product is defective, we pay the shipping costs!
The original shipping costs are not refundable.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

– When will I receive my exchange / refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange / refund.
If you are approved, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund. If you prefer an exchange, the shipping costs are on us! If you choose a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 14 business days.

-And if I did not receive my order?

Please contact your post office to inform them that you have a missing package. Usually, they leave a note in your mailbox, most of our shipments are delivered cutter signature.
